Suites are priced individually based on square footage. Commitment is month-to-month. Internet, water, and power are included.

What is included?

Each suite is empty and is ready for you to furnish and decorate. We can furnish it for you for an additional fee. Please contact us if you are interested in this option. Internet, water, and power are included in the monthly suite lease rate.

How do I access my space?

Our exterior door has an electronic keypad that uses either a key fob or your cell phone to access. Your interior private suite uses a regular key. The building is available to you 24/7.
